Roof Windows

Roof windows are the perfect way to finish up your loft storage room. These windows are great for letting in plenty of light and fresh air to your loft space, opening up the room more and allowing you to make the most out of the space you have.

With years of expertise, our fully qualified and insured team can provide a seamless room window installation. Our dedicated team will listen to your requirements, assess the area, and walk you through the best design options for your loft, whether you want top hung, center hung, or conservation skylights.

Loft Insulation

We provide a variety of loft insulation options to ensure that your loft is properly insulated and that your heating bills are kept to a minimum.
As part of your loft storage solution, we can install insulation prior to flooring out your loft. This, combined with the excellent insulation values of our floorboards, will surpass the government’s current recommendations.

With years of experience and knowledge, our team always pays close attention to all aspects of loft insulation down to the finest details to ensure our customers receive perfect results.

Loft Storage Rooms

Loft storage rooms are the perfect way to add more storage to your existing space. With Alfa Lofts, you can get a bespoke storage room within your loft space, tailored to your unique needs.

A loft room involves the creation of a new, usable room within your existing loft space, this room does not interfere with the roof structure or require you to take out external storage space. The whole area is insulated and boarded (floor, walls, and roof). All stud walls are planned to maximise available space and are covered with plaster boarding ready to be plastered. You can add windows and electrics to your specifications if required.

Whatever vision you have for your loft, you can rely on the team at Alfa Lofts to listen, advise and bring your storage room to life.
